  @ATT I returned an @AsurionCares replacement iPhone that wasn’t working. We received an email saying iPhone was received on 11/23/22. Today we receive a package from at&t with a broken Samsung phone (have never owned a Samsung!), w/letter saying we are being charged $999! Fraud?

  After 5.5 hours on the phone with support @ATT problem unresolved. They are opening another “case” with a promise to call me back. They promised that weeks ago and didn’t. Great #CustomerService for 15 year business customer.

  I guarantee you, nobody else from this day forward will get internet access in my neighborhood until @ATT fix my fiber optic cables. How can someone live in 2022 with no wifi. If i can’t get work done nobody is getting into my backyard to set up internet for new customers!!!
