Amazing chef went out of his way to keep our class up after several cancellations the food was amazing and his recipes are extremely well crafted can't wait to book our next class with him!

Very fun and informative class, Chef Scott does well to engage with everyone in the class. We also got to go home with leftovers! Fantastic class, can't wait to take more!

Our chef was bubbly and fun but I was disappointed that our chicken breast cutlet had been butchered. Instead of receiving 2 full cutlets we had one full and one that had been butchered into 4 pieces of varying sizes. The chef apologized, which I appreciate, but I world expect better quality for the class.It did make it a bit challenging to cook within the time allotted considering that 4 people were using a single burner/pan and we had twice the amount of pieces to brown. The texture of the chicken was also off. It was very chewy, hard to describe, but not palatable. Maybe it didn’t get tenderized enough? I didn’t want to make a big deal in front of the other guests so I didn’t say anything to the chef and The piece that wasn’t butchered had a normal texture.Sauce was delicious and I can’t believe how easy it is to make pasta from scratch! I will be attempting to make at home.

The class was very fun and I learned some different cooking techniques.

This meal, and experience, far exceeded our expectations. The instructions were clear, humorous, and nobody burnt themselves. I call that a win. If you want a place for a great date night, double date, intimate business meeting, or small team building exercise this is a great idea.

Scott was wonderful, very engaging and eager to answer any questions we had. It felt we were with a group of friends. Delicious.

The food was delicious and our chef did a great job answering all of our questions. We will definitely be back for another class. (1:00 pm Italian sauces)

Only giving 4 stars because it is not what I expected when paying this much for the class to share the dish 4 ways. Was under the impression that each couple would have their own dish to share rather than one dish split 4 ways for the price paid. Other than that the experience was really nice, chef and assistants were awesome and food was delicious

Chef Scott was funny and personable. He had a candle for our birthday cake and made our birthday guy, and another couple feel very special on their 2nd wedding anniversary! Great job. We are so very grateful for the experience.

It was a birthday gift for my grand daughter and we had a great time! Learned so much and had tasty treats to enjoy when we got home!Plan to go back!

The Instructor was "world class" with supportive instructions and humorous analogies. Considering taking the class for a second time.

I loved the class. The ladies I was paired up with were a little chatty so was hard to listen to chef! Before class I was very intimidated but after class I was I got this! Excited to try making fresh pasta my self! Great class over all would definitely take again!

Fun class. A little complicated with the dumpling dough, but we got through it and the food tasted great.

Loved it, but would have preferred smaller class size so that we could work in groups of two.

My husband and I had an enjoyable time. The food turned out excellent. Chef Joy and the others in the class were delightful to be around. There was a lot of standing. I wish we had been able to at least sit down to eat the delicious food. Overall great experience.

It was excellent. It was very hands on, and the class was small. Justin, the chef that was the class instructor, is a fantastic, hands on teacher.
