2d07EJMR+ is great, I think I'll renew my subscription. There are interesting discussions on "The plus", and I love the super-jerb feature. It's also great that the fee was recently reduced for those who choose the annual plan.
The profiling of hiring committee members -- that was introduced with the last update -- has great potential and the ML algorithm that predicts the questions at your flyouts is astonishinlgy accurate!
Some bugs need to be fixed though. For example, you can't access the profile of committee members from mobile. This is embarassing and needs to be fixed.Economist

I should add, I tried the profile feature with the new Mojo smart contact lenses (https://www.mojo.vision/mojo-lens) in this year's market. This is really good interface for interview situations, where you don't want to constantly be looking at your device. I encountered a few connectivity issues at first, but Kirk's recent firmware upgrade seems to have fixed those. Worth the money.

681cI would love to know what goes through the mind of people that waste time writing this. You took 5-10 min to think up a stupid story, write it and embellish it. Why? I'm not a psychiatrist but I'd love to know what kind of mental disorder leads people to keep on posting stuff like this where you actually invested somewhat into.

The flyout questions feature is extremely accurate for R1 schools or other equivalent schools abroad. It's not that good outside R1s.
It's also weird that the algo is terrible for industry jobs, which in principle should be quite predicatble.
My sense is that the ML was trained on R1 schools only and it messes things up when you try to predict other jobs.
